First off let me start by saying I researched a lot of business plan writing companies and from the beginning this one stood out by their kind and warm demeanor and just how much they offered to help new business owners. From the beginning I was told that they can help me with all the numbers because I was not knowledgeable about any of it. I had a vision in my head and I had no idea how to put it to paper. From the first consultation call they assured me that they would be able to do this for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. Whom I meet before the Plan Writers gave me nothing more than dissatisfaction. I tried many plan writing services but the outcome was zero. While some organizations provided novice consultants, the others penned down unrealistic market plans. When I arrived at the door of the Plan Writers, I was completely distorted and confused. But, the expert team of Plan Writers rebuilt my confidence as well as my business. They recognized my unique needs and pointed out the exact loop holes in my business strategies. Let me start by stating I wasn't really sure what my expectations were. I've never had a business plan written for me before, and I wasn't sure of the details and the process. I am attempting to purchase a company that I have some history with and was very anxious for my business plan. After explaining all that to Matt, the owner, he made sure I received the proper attention to help me through the process. When Matt is involved, communication is the way I like it! Not knowing what is required and what is expected from someone having a business plan written, I was learning as we went. I realize when you purchase a service, they make their money by getting the plan completed in a timely fashion. We ran into a little hiccup for I received my first draft before I was able to submit the financials for the company I am looking to purchase. Please keep in mind when dealing with an existing company you are at their mercy on how fast they get you the information you request. I communicated I was having issues getting the financials in a timely fashion and I'd keep them updated. A week or so later I received my first draft. This was a big surprise to me for I didn't understand how I could receive my first draft if I hadn't submitted the company financials. After contacting The Plan Writers, Matt personally called me to explain why the first draft was submitted. He emphasized is was a first draft and he put my mind at ease. I have to admit that a part of me being surprised was because I didn't qualify the process so I understood it properly. The Plan Writers have been superb with getting additional revisions completed in a very timely fashion. I did change my scope a little bit on one of the last revisions and Matt charge me a nominal little fee for the revision. It was very, very reasonable! I have asked for yet another revision and Matt is taking care of me. I would definitely utilize The Plan Writers again if I require another business plan.
